Body Sculpting procedures

Liposuction
 For those patients considering liposuction, Dr. Georgis offers state of the art ultrasonic assisted liposuction. Using ultrasonic energy, a high tech probe is inserted beneath the skin to liquify the fatty deposits which is then removed through traditional hollow tube liposuction. The use of ultrasonic assisted liposuction allows more precise targeting of the persistent fatty deposits with gentler removal. The results are smoother and more natural looking than was possible in the past. Liposuction is most effective in patients who have fatty deposits that have stubbornly resisted exercise and diet. Common areas for liposuction include the face, neck, back, hips, thighs and buttocks. Often Dr. Georgis can combine liposuction with other cosmetic procedures to create a comprehensive body sculpting plan.
Abdominoplasty
 For those women and men with loose abdominal skin and fatty deposits, Dr. Georgis offers tummy tuck surgery or abdominoplasty. A tummy tuck can greatly improve the shape of the body, giving patients firmer, flatter abdomens. In addition to removing excess skin and fat, Dr. Georgis also tightens the abdominal muscles for additional support and better formation of a waist.  Gynecomastia is a condition that affects the male population. Gynecomastia, or enlarged male breasts, may be treated through the removal of excess fat and glandular tissue and recontouring of the chest. Dr. Georgis has given many men the flatter, firmer chests they desire, helping them to feel more confident in their appearance. Dr. Georgis is able to perform male breast reduction (gynecomastia) surgery through small incisions placed discreetly on the chest. Patients experience minimal scarring and recovery time and feel more confident about their appearance.
